Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and client‑focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing team in Panama supporting U.S.-based clients. This position goes beyond traditional cold‑calling, acting as an extension of our clients’ sales teams to execute strategic outreach, qualify prospects, generate qualified meetings, manage activity in HubSpot, and provide clear visibility into sales development performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound and inbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and HubSpot sequences.
• Qualify prospects based on Ideal Customer Profiles, including industry, size, geography, role, and buying potential.
• Conduct professional qualification conversations and prioritize high‑intent prospects.
• Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and sales teams and create warm introductions.
• Maintain accurate prospect records, call logs, emails, notes, and lead statuses in HubSpot.
• Participate in client meetings, provide updates on outreach activity, pipeline development, and results.
• Review performance metrics and give proactive feedback on targeting, messaging, and outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to schedule qualified meetings and qualify leads, not just generate activity.
• Strong phone presence, professional communication skills, and confidence speaking with U.S.-based prospects.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
