About the role

We are looking for an IT Specialist who is passionate about technology, infrastructure management and user support. The professional will ensure the reliability of our physical, virtual and cloud environments while providing nationwide technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support physical, virtual and cloud servers.
• Manage network connectivity, telecom services and related infrastructure.
• Maintain Active Directory, user accounts and other technology resources.
• Provide technical support to users across the country.
• Install and configure hardware, software and communication equipment.
• Monitor systems and perform backup of critical operational data.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Windows Server and Windows workstations.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools.
• Solid understanding of LAN, Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP and firewall technologies.
• Experience with virtualized platforms and data storage solutions.
• Familiarity with structured cabling, fiber‑optic networks and communication equipment.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Technical English proficiency for reading documentation and communicating with suppliers.
• Proactive attitude, problem‑solving orientation and commitment to service excellence.
