Ejecutivo de Ventas SMB

About the role

The company is seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive focused on Small and Medium‑size Business (SMB) customers. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting direct sales, and managing commercial relationships with SMBs across assigned territories in Panama.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect clients daily within the assigned territories.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and build a client portfolio.
• Conduct field visits and cold‑calling across various areas of Panama.
• Promote and sell the company’s products and services.
• Follow up on quotations, orders and purchase orders.
• Prepare management reports and sales performance results.
• Adhere to internal sales procedures and policies.
• Achieve established commercial objectives and KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience selling fast‑moving consumer goods.
• Minimum 2 years experience in route sales.
• Proven track record in client prospecting and new‑business generation.
• Experience conducting field visits and cold‑calling.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑ and results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage reports.
• Organized, proactive and commercially perseverant.
• Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales or related fields.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of the local Panamanian market and experience serving SMEs is a plus.
