Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Our client is seeking a remote Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound sales calls, emails, and social‑media inquiries about sound and vibration products. You will guide prospects toward one of three outcomes: close the sale, refer them for an in‑person demo, or hand them to an executive for a higher‑level discussion.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound sales calls, emails, and social‑media questions.
• Understand each prospect’s interests, budget, timeline and provide clear product explanations.
• Prepare quotes, answer questions and close sales when ready.
• Connect prospects needing a demo with the appropriate affiliate.
• Refer higher‑level prospects to an executive with a concise summary.
• Track all inquiries, sales, referrals and handoffs accurately in GoHighLevel.
• Coordinate with operations on product availability, shipping and customer handoffs.
• Share common customer questions and objections with the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience handling inbound sales inquiries and closing consultative products.
• Clear, professional communication via phone, email and social media.
• Strong judgment on when to close directly versus refer.
• Excellent organization and follow‑through before a sale or handoff.
• Comfort using a CRM; experience with GoHighLevel is a plus.
• Sound judgment about product claims and a customer‑first mindset.
• Interest in meditation, sound, recovery or wellness.
• Based in Latin America with an active US visa and passport.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in the Pacific Time Zone.
