Ejecutivo Comercial – Ventas Consultivas

About the role

ArchGroup seeks a Commercial Executive to drive consultative sales of SkyData products and solutions. The role focuses on creating new business opportunities, understanding client needs—both explicit and hidden—and achieving individual and country‑wide revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new clients using databases and market sources.
• Sell all SkyData products with a consultative approach, tailoring value propositions to each prospect.
• Research client industries and challenges before every meeting.
• Manage the sales pipeline and CRM with disciplined, up‑to‑date records.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos adapted to the audience.
• Submit client documentation for sales management approval and open new accounts.
• Coordinate contract signing, invoicing, and work order generation with relevant departments.
• Oversee initial payment collection and ensure long‑term client retention through regular follow‑ups and upselling.
• Stay current on SkyData solutions, AI trends, and relevant technologies.
• Meet individual KPIs and contribute to overall country sales goals.

Required profile

• Residency in Panama City or Panama Oeste (mandatory).
• Currently in the final two years of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field, or already graduated.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in technology, software or enterprise solutions.
• Intermediate English is desirable.
