About the role

We are seeking an Account Executive to join ADN Creativo, a specialist agency in experiential marketing, BTL, trade marketing, events, brand activations, fairs and exhibitions. The role will involve managing client relationships and overseeing projects from concept to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Handle clients and projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop proposals, quotations and present them to clients.
• Coordinate with design, production and logistics teams to implement activations.
• Negotiate terms, close opportunities and achieve commercial targets.
• Monitor multiple projects simultaneously and maintain detailed follow‑up.

Required profile

• Proven experience in BTL, advertising, marketing, events, trade marketing or experiential marketing agencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage several projects at once.
• Ability to analyse financial data and make informed decisions.
