About the role

RE/MAX Life Panamá is looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator to produce engaging social‑media videos for its real‑estate portfolio. The role is fully onsite in Panama and focuses on capturing property tours, crafting compelling narratives, and selecting the right audio trends for Instagram, TikTok and Reels.

Key responsibilities

• Edit videos quickly using CapCut, ensuring high‑quality framing, lighting and detail.
• Continuously monitor social‑media trends and propose fresh ideas that differentiate the brand in the Panamanian real‑estate market.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or a related field (or final‑year student).

• Good eye for composition, lighting and timing when filming.
• Familiarity with Sony A7 cameras (optional but advantageous).
• Experience operating DJI drones (optional but advantageous).

What we offer
