About the role
The Panamanian Red Cross is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead the migration project implementation at its central office. The role ensures seamless integration of technical, operational, and financial activities while supporting humanitarian response efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate, supervise and lead the implementation of the migration project.
- Ensure proper articulation between technical, operational and financial execution.
- Participate in technical and inter‑institutional coordination spaces related to migration and humanitarian response, in partnership with the field coordination of the Migration Program.
- Identify budget adjustment needs and coordinate their management with the appropriate entities.
- Guarantee an up‑to‑date monthly registry of beneficiaries, including required disaggregations for the project and donor.
- Maintain coordination with relevant actors and monitor the institutional coordination plan.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, International Relations or Administration.
