About the role

The Regional Commercial Coordinator for the Pet Line will lead the commercial rollout and growth of a high‑potential pet category across Central America. You will translate market opportunities into actionable sales strategies and drive results in a dynamic, fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation and commercial development of the pet line throughout Central America.
• Design and execute market‑specific commercial plans based on local opportunities.
• Identify and develop new customers, distributors, channels, and business opportunities.
• Build strategic relationships with key players in the veterinary and pet‑care industry.
• Analyze market trends, competition, pricing, portfolio performance, and consumer behavior to support commercial decisions.
• Lead negotiations and agreements with customers and strategic partners.
• Monitor sales performance, coverage, rotation, and line growth.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with local teams to ensure effective regional execution.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business or related field.
• Proven experience in commercial positions and business development.
• Preferable experience with veterinary products, animal health, pet‑care or related categories.
• Experience opening and developing customers, distributors or new markets.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and results‑orientation skills.
• Strategic vision, autonomy and initiative.
• Willingness to travel throughout Central America.
