Client Advisor – Inbound Sales (Remote)

About the role

Toptal is looking for a high‑energy Client Advisor to handle inbound inquiries from small‑ and medium‑sized businesses. As the first point of contact, you will quickly assess client needs, connect them with the right specialists, and guide them through the sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound client requests within five minutes and conduct rapid discovery to understand business objectives.
• Diagnose client problems, qualify opportunities, and build sales momentum through consultative questioning.
• Present Toptal’s full portfolio—including specialized talent, global hiring/payroll via HireGlobal, and AI‑driven service offerings.
• Manage active opportunities, keep prospects engaged, and coordinate with subject‑matter experts as needed.
• Maintain ownership of the sales process from the first call through technical stages and final decision.

Required profile

• Ambitious, competitive, and driven by client service.
• Curious about how businesses operate and eager to develop consultative selling skills.
• Excellent verbal communication in English; ability to build trust quickly.
• Comfortable working fully remote; no visa sponsorship provided.
