Chinese Sales Support

About the role

We are seeking a multilingual Sales Support professional fluent in Chinese, English and Spanish to bridge communication between our sales team and key stakeholders across Latin America. The role combines translation, client liaison, and project coordination within the telecom and digital transformation sector.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily translation and communication support between Spanish and Chinese/English, ensuring accurate information flow.
• Assist the sales team in engaging telecom operators, government entities, and enterprise clients throughout Latin America.
• Support client relationship management, track project progress, and handle compliance documentation.
• Prepare materials, solution documentation, tender responses, and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Participate in large‑scale telecom and digital transformation projects such as private 5G networks, smart cities, and data centers.
• Travel for on‑site assignments and maintain strong execution in complex overseas environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred, preferably in telecommunications, electronic engineering, computer science or related fields.
• Fluent in Chinese, English and Spanish with professional communication skills.
• Educated in China and familiar with Chinese corporate culture.
• Prior work or internship experience in Latin America is a plus.
• Strong learning agility, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
• Professional demeanor suitable for senior‑level client engagements.
