About the role

Intcomex is looking for a Cloud Account Manager to drive growth of its cloud and cybersecurity portfolio across assigned territories. The role combines prospecting, relationship building and consultative selling to help customers adopt secure cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new corporate and SMB customers as well as partners.
• Identify business opportunities through hunting, demand generation and commercial relationship building.
• Lead consultative conversations to uncover security risks, data protection needs and technology gaps.
• Promote and position Sophos, Acronis and Microsoft security solutions, including endpoint protection, firewalls, backup, disaster recovery and SIEM.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure.
• Develop channel strategies with resellers and technology providers.
• Organize webinars, workshops and other demand‑generation events.
• Collaborate with technical and pre‑sales teams to craft tailored value propositions.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and achieve defined sales targets.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Sales or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience selling cloud‑based technology and cybersecurity solutions.
• Proven track record in consultative selling, prospecting and account development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and executive‑level relationship skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset with ability to generate cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities.
