Business Development Representative – US B2B Solutions (Remote)

About the role

National Search Group is looking for an outcome‑driven Business Development Representative to generate new opportunities for its U.S. executive search services. This remote position focuses on outbound prospecting, engaging CEOs, owners, operations leaders, and HR executives to discuss hiring challenges and open leadership vacancies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound outreach during U.S. business hours via cold calls, personalized emails, and approved social channels.
• Initiate credible conversations with executives, uncover hiring needs, and secure next steps without relying on a rigid script.
• Handle objections professionally, qualify meetings against ideal client profiles, and record detailed context in the CRM.
• Review call outcomes with leadership to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of direct B2B outbound cold‑calling experience targeting U.S. decision‑makers.
• Proven performance metrics and willingness to demonstrate cold‑calling ability in a live audition.
• Dedicated, noise‑free workspace with a high‑speed internet connection, backup power, and a modern computer (16 GB RAM recommended).

Required skills

• CRM usage for tracking prospects and activities.
