BCP Customer Solutions Representative – Caribbean District

About the role

The Building Construction Products (BCP) Customer Solutions Representative will support Caterpillar dealers across the Caribbean District. This field‑based position focuses on driving machine, parts, and attachment sales while delivering comprehensive service, technology, and customer solutions. The role contributes to Caterpillar’s mission of building stronger, more sustainable communities by helping customers select the right equipment and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Caterpillar dealers throughout the Caribbean region.
• Identify opportunities and drive sales of construction equipment, parts, and attachments.
• Provide technical guidance and support for dealer service and technology offerings.
• Assist dealers in creating and executing Customer Value Agreements.
• Collaborate with internal product, service, and marketing teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proven field experience working with equipment dealers and end‑customers.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong understanding of Caterpillar’s product portfolio and its applications.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
