About the role

RantanOfertas, the leading offers platform in Panama, is looking for a Junior E‑commerce Assistant to join its growing team. You will help create attractive product pages, coordinate with partner stores, and support customers across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish product offer pages with compelling design and copy.
• Gather required information (texts, images, logistics details) from partner merchants.
• Adapt images using Canva or similar design tools to match the brand identity.
• Leverage AI tools to improve descriptions, automate content tasks, and enhance productivity.
• Provide customer assistance via WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Anticipate potential issues, plan releases, and ensure offers are ready before launch.
• Support additional e‑commerce related activities as needed.

Required profile

• Strong empathy, firmness, and patience when dealing with clients.
• Basic knowledge or prior experience with e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, VTEX, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
• Excellent Spanish writing skills—clear, persuasive, and error‑free.
• Proactive, organized, detail‑oriented attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the e‑commerce field.

Required skills

• Canva (or similar design tool).
• Adobe Designer or comparable design software.
• Shopify, VTEX, WooCommerce, Magento.
• AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, Gemini.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between USD 700 and USD 800, based on experience.
• Remote work arrangement.
• Rotating schedule to accommodate different time zones.
