About the role

We are looking for a motivated Accounting Assistant to support our finance team. The role focuses on asset control, financial reconciliations, and managing accounts payable and purchase processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control company assets, ensuring accurate records.
• Perform financial reconciliations to guarantee data integrity.
• Manage accounts payable, processing invoices and payments.
• Oversee purchase orders and support the procurement workflow.
• Assist in month‑end closing activities and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting functions.
• Strong technical knowledge of asset control, income tracking, and financial reconciliation.
• Proven ability to handle accounts payable and purchase control tasks.
• Detail‑oriented with a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Peachtree accounting software.
