About the role

The Communication Advisor will support account management and the execution of communication strategies for CCK's clients in Panama. The role involves close client interaction, content creation, media relations, and performance analysis to ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with assigned clients and manage account relationships.
• Assist in coordinating and implementing communication strategies and campaign timelines.
• Draft press releases, social media posts, reports, and other communication materials.
• Support media outreach and maintain relationships with journalists.
• Participate in internal and client meetings to present progress and results.
• Identify improvement opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Monitor campaign results, analyze data, and prepare clear reports.
• Help coordinate events, communication activities, and crisis management when needed.

Required profile

• University degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in communication agencies or similar roles.
• Proven experience in account management and client service.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational abilities.
• Analytical mindset, customer‑oriented, and proactive.
• Intermediate English (B1 level or higher).
