About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Telemarketing Agent to join our Panama branch. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers and promoting our consumer assistance services across insurance, banking and retail sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to offer IGS services to prospects.
- Persuade and close sales, meeting or exceeding set targets.
- Provide high‑quality customer service, answering queries and handling objections effectively.
Required profile
- Proven experience in telephone sales or call‑center environments.
- Familiarity with selling products or services in banking, insurance, telecommunications or assistance.
- Strong communication, negotiation and result‑orientation skills.
- Immediate availability.
