Track and Trace Representative (Night Shift)

About the role

Circle Logistics is seeking a Night Shift Track and Trace Representative to ensure freight moves smoothly through our network. You will monitor shipments, keep customers informed, and resolve issues before they impact delivery schedules. This fast‑paced position requires strong multitasking, clear communication, and a proactive mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Enter shipment details into the logistics system accurately and quickly.
• Conduct regular check‑in calls with drivers to confirm pickup and delivery progress.
• Communicate updates to internal teams and document all correspondence.
• Track shipments across multiple platforms, anticipate delays, and inform customers promptly.
• Ensure all shipment paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
• Partner with Sales and Dispatch teams to provide solutions and resolve challenges.
• Maintain a consistent outbound call volume of approximately 100 calls per shift.

Required profile

• Advanced English (spoken & written) – mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, call centers, customer service, or data entry.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate’s degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
