Track and Trace Representative

About the role

The Track and Trace Representative ensures visibility of shipments throughout the transportation process, acting as a liaison between drivers, customers, and internal teams. This role supports the daily flow of loads, providing timely updates and resolving issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Enter new load orders into proprietary web‑based software.
• Initiate check calls to track drivers on pickups and deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor freight via multiple tracking websites and notify customers of potential delays.
• Maintain and collect proper paperwork for each shipment.
• Collaborate with Sales and Dispatch to provide solutions and resolve issues.
• Achieve an outbound call volume of 100 calls per day.

Required profile

• 1–3 years experience in dispatch, logistics, customer service, operations, data entry, or call‑center environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Drive.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
