About the role

We are looking for a Supervisor de Operaciones to lead and coordinate technical and maintenance operations, ensuring the proper execution of assigned services and projects while managing technical teams and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the technical area.
• Coordinate and follow up the work of field technicians.
• Develop maintenance schedules and project execution timelines.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery deadlines.
• Prepare management reports and operational follow‑up documents.
• Maintain constant communication with clients to guarantee service satisfaction.
• Oversee activities related to electrical maintenance.
• Track projects involving hydraulic systems and specialized equipment.
• Allocate resources needed to meet operational objectives.

Required profile

• Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electronics or related fields.
• Training related to electrical maintenance, hydraulic systems or industrial automation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar supervisory or coordination roles.
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance and leading technical teams.
• Experience creating work schedules and operational reports.
• Customer service and client management experience.
• Own vehicle, availability for onsite work and flexible schedule.
