Staff Landscape Architect

About the role

Langan is seeking a Staff Landscape Architect to join its collaborative team in Panama City. The role supports planning, design and permitting of landscape architecture and land development projects for public and private sector clients across the United States and abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with planning, design and permitting of landscape architecture, civil engineering, land development and infrastructure projects using design and graphic software.
• Perform zoning, ordinance and permit assessments and evaluate project feasibility.
• Prepare and modify design and engineering documents such as reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules and cost estimates.
• Assess soil, terrain, hydrological, topographical and geological data to inform project design.
• Provide field inspection services as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
