Software Quality Mobilizer - Panama

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Software Quality Mobilizer to lead the transformation of our quality culture across multiple projects. You will act as the guardian of our quality standards, driving continuous improvement and leveraging AI‑first approaches to make quality a strategic pillar.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the organization’s quality model, ensuring its adoption in all projects.
• Define and measure maturity indicators using artificial intelligence for comparative analysis.
• Promote continuous improvement of quality processes by identifying recurring patterns and implementing evolution plans.
• Lead quality onboarding for new projects to guarantee proper adoption of standards and practices.
• Ensure cross‑project consistency of quality methodologies, including test design and defect management.
• Remove impediments by collaborating with strategic stakeholders to overcome adoption barriers.
• Foster collective ownership of quality, integrating it as a shared responsibility throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• ISTQB Foundation Level (CTFL) certification is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in QA and software quality assurance.
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end testing and leading the definition, adoption or audit of quality models and standards across multiple teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of quality models, technology governance guidelines and organizational standards.
• Experience evaluating maturity models, diagnosing adoption levels and applying process‑improvement techniques.
• Strong fundamentals in test management and governance, including test planning, execution and defect management.
• Ability to use AI‑based analytics for maturity assessment and continuous improvement.
