Senior Workday Specialist (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Workday Specialist to lead the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of its Workday ecosystem. This fully remote position supports both Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial Management modules, ensuring the platform aligns with complex business workflows and reporting needs.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Workday HCM and Financial modules to meet evolving operational requirements.
• Design and build high‑performance reports, custom calculated fields, and advanced data analyses.
• Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise integration processes and mass data updates.
• Maintain and enhance the Business Process Framework and manage security group assignments for robust access control.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into scalable system solutions.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience with Workday HCM and Financial modules.
• Strong technical authority capable of handling complex configurations and integrations.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
