Senior Operations Manager

About the role

The Senior Operations Manager provides leadership and supervisory oversight for the Western Hemisphere (WHA) team, ensuring regional projects are delivered on time, within standards, and in compliance with program requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of regional projects in line with program and functional standards, processes, and compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with government ministries, embassies, universities, NGOs, businesses, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with program managers to achieve performance excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and recruit local staff, allocate resources, and coordinate workload across the hub.
• Contribute to business development, process improvement, and client delivery initiatives.
• Represent CRDF Global at regional meetings and events.
• Serve as primary liaison with Legal on contracts, regulatory compliance, and partner agreements.
• Lead HR functions for the WHA hub, including recruitment, benefits, and performance management.
• Coordinate office administration and operational support with Supply Chain and internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory or team‑management experience.
• Experience managing program budgets and understanding of U.S. Government regulations.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
