Senior Manager GTM Process

About the role

The Senior Manager GTM Process will drive and continuously evolve the end‑to‑end Go‑To‑Market (GTM) process across Latin America. You will act as the process owner and governance lead, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and executional readiness from range planning through consumer activation at point of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the LAM GTM calendar, aligning brands, functions and markets from planning to activation.
• Establish governance, milestones, deliverables, dependencies and decision‑making frameworks for timely GTM execution.
• Lead and influence cross‑functional teams at regional and country levels to ensure milestone compliance.
• Identify risks, escalations and dependencies, driving accountability and resolution.
• Oversee seasonal milestone planning, coordination and delivery to ensure flawless market execution.
• Guide the GTM Events Manager to meet regional objectives, timelines and quality standards.
• Promote awareness and alignment of the GTM calendar across regional and market functions.
• Collaborate with HR, Business Development and other areas to align planning cycles with GTM requirements.
• Define and implement processes, templates, tools and operating models to increase consistency, efficiency and scalability.
• Track GTM process mapping, milestones and KPIs, providing executive visibility and actionable insights.
• Partner with the Director of Marketing Operations on GTM excellence initiatives and transformation projects.
• Lead regional operating rhythms to provide visibility, alignment and follow‑up of GTM progress.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading GTM or go‑to‑market processes in a multi‑country environment.
• Strong governance and risk‑management capabilities.
• Excellent cross‑functional influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive accountability and resolve complex dependencies.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on operational excellence and scalability.
