Senior Growth Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Growth Specialist at ViaCarte, you will design and run the digital acquisition engine that turns brand awareness into qualified leads and revenue across premium and emerging markets, especially in the Caribbean and Latin America. The role blends creative campaign development with data‑driven optimisation to drive high‑value fintech adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google and Meta, writing briefs and collaborating with design on ad creatives.
• Implement SEO best practices, manage technical and on‑page optimisation, and oversee organic content strategy using tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Improve funnel performance by running A/B tests, analysing heatmaps, and working with web and product teams on UI/UX enhancements.
• Own analytics dashboards (GA4, HubSpot), report weekly growth KPIs and recommend budget reallocations based on real‑time data.
• Set up and optimise email drip, onboarding and re‑engagement workflows, partnering with CRM/marketing ops for segmentation.
• Support co‑marketing initiatives with partners, building joint performance dashboards and coordinating launch activities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in growth, performance marketing or digital acquisition.
• Proven record of running profitable multi‑channel campaigns and meeting CAC, CPL and ROAS targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make fast data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
