Senior Consumer Marketing Manager – Cocoa Malt Beverages

About the role

The Senior Consumer Marketing Manager will lead the comprehensive strategy for the Cocoa Malt Beverages category (MILO) within the CARCAM business, focusing on the Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago markets. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth, brand building, and market‑share expansion across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute integrated brand plans to increase volume, sales, and market share.
• Manage positioning of MILO & Nesquik, ensuring consistent strategy across assigned markets.
• Design communication, activation, and engagement programs linked to sport, energy, and nutrition.
• Lead portfolio development, innovation opportunities, and category growth plans.
• Administer the marketing budget and ensure ROI on initiatives.
• Collaborate matrix‑style with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Insights, and Category Sales Developers.
• Influence regional stakeholders to guarantee effective execution.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor key business indicators and achieve growth and share targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in FMCG marketing, brand management or consumer marketing.
• Proven track record leading high‑volume consumer categories, preferably in MILO, cocoa malt beverages, milk modifiers or nutrition segments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Regional or multi‑country experience is a plus.
