Senior Back-End/MLOps Engineer - Real-Estate (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Back-End/MLOps Engineer to join a fast‑growing real‑estate technology platform. You will work on the Marketplace team, bridging full‑stack product development and machine‑learning operations to deliver reliable, scalable search and matching experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full‑stack features for marketplace products, including search, ranking, and user‑facing components.
• Develop and support MLOps infrastructure such as model deployment pipelines, feature stores, real‑time data pipelines, and monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to bring machine‑learning models into production at scale.
• Write clean, well‑tested, maintainable code and participate actively in code reviews.
• Contribute to technical planning, break down complex problems, and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues.
• Work with data pipelines, SQL, and experimentation/A/B testing frameworks.
• Communicate progress, surface blockers early, and cooperate with distributed teams across time zones.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong background in backend development and MLOps practices.
• Proven ability to work with data scientists and product partners.
• Experience delivering reliable, scalable systems in a fast‑paced environment.
