Senior Analyst - Data & Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst specialized in Data & Analytics to join our technology, systems and telecommunications company in Panama City. In this role you will turn raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making and drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets to extract key information for strategic decisions.
• Identify trends, patterns and improvement opportunities.
• Design and maintain dashboards and visual reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data quality and relevance.
• Contribute to the growth and efficiency of the organization through data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation for business decisions.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL, DAX and Power Query (M); Python is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse.
• Advanced Power BI (Desktop and Service) – dashboard design, semantic modeling and DAX best practices.
• Hands‑on with relational databases such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of Data Warehouse and Lakehouse architectures.
