Sales Consultant – B2B Services (Panama City)

About the role

We are a boutique business consultancy that supports construction and engineering firms across the United States. Based in Panama City, we are looking for a Sales Consultant to turn pre‑qualified leads into signed consulting engagements and act as a strategic partner for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on warm leads and secure new consulting contracts.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client objectives and business needs.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with U.S.‑based clients.
• Identify, tailor, and present solutions that align with client goals.
• Lead professional consultations, assessments, and coordinate projects from start to finish.

Required profile

• Fluent English (spoken and written at native or bilingual level, no strong accent).
• Strong sales, consultancy, or business development experience.
• Experience working with U.S. clients or within the United States.
• Commercially minded, persuasive, proactive, and motivated for long‑term growth.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).

Required skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to conduct discovery calls and client assessments.
• Project coordination and client‑relationship management.
