Representante visitador médico – Dermatología y dermocosmética

About the role

The Medical Representative will promote the company’s dermocosmetic portfolio to healthcare professionals in Panama, building scientific, ethical, and strategic relationships to increase product recommendation and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the medical visit plan according to defined segmentation, coverage, and frequency.
• Develop and maintain long‑term professional relationships with dermatologists and other health professionals linked to the portfolio.
• Communicate product characteristics, benefits, evidence, and differentiators clearly and responsibly.
• Increase brand recommendation and contribute to commercial growth in the assigned territory.
• Identify growth opportunities through analysis of physicians, market, competition, and territory behavior.
• Implement product launches, campaigns, and medical‑commercial strategies.
• Participate in and support congresses, scientific meetings, trainings, and activities for health professionals.
• Keep the medical file/CRM updated, recording visits, opportunities, and professional evolution.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as coverage, frequency, recommendation, plan execution, and territory performance.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure product availability, rotation, and growth.
• Collect and communicate relevant market information, trends, professional needs, and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Degree in a Health Sciences field.
• Current professional license issued by the appropriate authority in Panama.
• Valid Medical Representative card.
• Previous experience in medical visits, preferably in dermatology, dermocosmetics, skin care, or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of and affinity for the dermatology and dermocosmetics market.

Required skills

• CRM usage for managing medical contacts and activity tracking.
