Regional Procurement Manager - Consumer Activation

About the role

As a Regional Procurement Manager – Consumer Activation you will lead the development and execution of category strategy for consumer activation spend, including POSM, print and promotional items. Based in Panama City, you will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with global teams, marketing, supply chain and suppliers to drive value, sustainability and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement category strategy using strategic sourcing tools and policies while ensuring compliance with Nestlé’s corporate standards.
• Partner with marketing, sales and supply‑chain functions to translate business needs into measurable procurement projects.
• Lead complex supplier negotiations to secure best commercial outcomes, service levels and competitive advantage.
• Manage strategic agencies and activation partners, improving performance, transparency and innovation.
• Drive total‑cost‑of‑ownership optimisation, risk mitigation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Use data, analytics and market insights to identify opportunities and support fact‑based decision making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, preferably in consumer‑facing categories.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to deliver measurable value.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influence across functions.
• Fluent English; professional working proficiency in Spanish.
