Project Manager - Payment Campaign

About the role

The Payment Campaign Project Manager will act as the central coordination point between a major Panamanian bank and a global payment network brand. This on‑site role ensures that marketing and commercial initiatives are delivered on schedule, meet commercial objectives, and align with both parties' strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives between the bank and the payment network brand.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, delivery dates, and inter‑team dependencies.
• Manage internal stakeholders (Product, Operations, Technology) and external brand teams.
• Prepare executive presentations, status reports, and result summaries for senior committees.
• Analyze campaign metrics and KPIs to provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for all assigned projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, International Business or related fields.
• 4–7 years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Marketing Manager or Business Analyst within the financial sector.
• Proven experience executing marketing campaigns, commercial initiatives, and customer activation programs for banks, fintechs or payment networks.
• Post‑graduate studies in Strategic/Digital Marketing, Project Management or Digital Transformation are highly desired.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or Scrum are a strong plus.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
