Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead IT and finance‑related projects for our clients in Panama. The role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6, monitoring critical paths.
• Assign daily tasks and manage workflow through Asana, Monday.com, Jira or Trello.
• Control financial aspects of projects using SAP (PS/FI) or Oracle, including purchase approvals and cost tracking.
• Create advanced Excel models, macros, pivot tables and custom financial dashboards.
• Design KPI dashboards with Power BI or Tableau for senior management.
• Maintain project documentation in SharePoint or Confluence and collaborate via Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• Prepare weekly executive progress reports for local and regional leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience leading full‑scale projects or sub‑projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules and vendors.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and risk‑mitigation skills.
• Experience with both predictive (Waterfall) and agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies.
