Project Coordinator – Builder / Multi-Residential Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to manage high‑volume, multi‑residential construction projects focused on kitchen appliances, laundry appliances, and outdoor kitchens. The role is remote and intended for candidates based in select LATAM countries, working as a full‑time independent contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple active multi‑residential construction and installation projects simultaneously.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, appliance packages, and installation scopes.
• Coordinate builders, developers, general contractors, property managers, vendors, delivery teams, and installation crews.
• Track project schedules, milestones, site readiness, deliveries, installation timelines, and risks.
• Support quoting by reviewing drawings, labor assumptions, access requirements, phasing, site conditions, and installation complexity.
• Monitor budgets, purchase orders, invoices, cost impacts, and change orders.
• Identify and resolve site issues, access conflicts, material delays, scope changes, and installation challenges.
• Ensure quality control, punch‑list completion, warranty follow‑up, and project closeout.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular status reporting to leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management or coordination.
• Background in multi‑residential, multifamily, hospitality, condominium, residential development, or commercial construction.
• Builder project management experience in the U.S. and LATAM.
• Advanced English (bilingual English/Spanish preferred).
• Currently based in Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, or Peru.
• Full‑time availability as an independent contractor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar construction drawing tools.
• Experience using project management software such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Procore.
