Project Assistant – Technical Visits & Installation Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Assistant to carry out technical visits, assess client needs, take precise measurements and support the full cycle of installation, remodeling and finishing projects. You will work closely with internal teams to develop digital proposals and ensure successful project delivery across various locations in Panama.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical site visits and perform space surveys.
• Take measurements, identify technical requirements and prepare material quantity calculations.
• Create and present digital proposals tailored to client specifications.
• Coordinate materials, resources and personnel with internal departments.
• Monitor project timelines, progress and installation milestones.
• Supervise assembly, disassembly and installation activities when needed.
• Resolve issues on‑site and verify work complies with agreed standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, generate reports and capture photographic records.

Required profile

• High school diploma; studies in architecture, design, construction, electricity or related fields are a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in remodeling, construction, maintenance or project implementation.
• Proven experience in measurements and space surveying.
• Basic knowledge of finishes, electricity, plumbing, painting, gypsum/drywall and flooring.
• Ability to read simple plans, sketch layouts and prepare material lists.
• Driver’s license and personal vehicle preferred.
• Willingness to travel to different sites within Panama.

• Use of tape measure, laser distance meter and level.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Digital proposal and presentation tools.
• Basic construction techniques and material estimation.
