Product Operations Associate

About the role

As a Product Operations Associate at UJV, you will act as the critical link between travel suppliers, connectivity providers, the reservations team and internal information systems. You will ensure that hotel and travel service data is accurately entered, maintained and made available for agents and customers through our booking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard, verify, and manage supplier details including hotel mark‑ups, commissions, room data and fees.
• Enter and update product information in UJV’s database promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with sales agents to answer queries and resolve booking discrepancies.
• Maintain and update content such as itinerary descriptions, terms & conditions.
• Troubleshoot operational issues with suppliers and internal teams, including system errors and incorrect bookings.
• Conduct quality‑assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and propose solutions for discrepancies.
• Lead special projects aimed at improving processes and operational efficiency.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• 1–2 years experience in hotel product setup, travel agency operations or inventory management.
• Degree in Tourism, Business or a technical field is a plus.
• High level of independence, strong multitasking abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience interpreting and troubleshooting XML data feeds or API connectivity issues.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Google Workspace proficiency.
• Familiarity with GDS systems such as Amadeus or Sabre, or CRS/CMS tools.
