About the role
The Private Wealth Advisor will deliver exceptional experiences and education to high‑net‑worth clients, guiding them on wealth creation, accumulation, and protection strategies. The role focuses on increasing the Vertical Sales Index (VSI), driving client retention, and fostering long‑term relationships through contextual money‑management principles.
Key responsibilities
- Provide tailored banking and financial solutions to an allocated portfolio of private wealth clients.
- Identify local and offshore fiduciary opportunities and advise on client philanthropy.
- Conduct regular client reviews and market the full range of financial services solutions.
- Build collaborative relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance delivery and innovation.
- Identify revenue‑growth opportunities and achieve sales, revenue, and profit targets.
- Ensure compliance with legislative, audit, and internal process requirements.
- Promote continuous improvement, cost containment, and waste reduction.
Required profile
- FSCA‑approved NQF Level 7 qualification.
- RE5 certification.
- Proven experience in financial advice, advisory, or investment services.
- Strong client‑focused mindset with excellent relationship‑building skills.
- Commitment to personal development and adherence to organisational values.
