About the role

Join Dell Technologies as a Sales Support Intern in the Direct Sales team in Panama. You will provide essential administrative assistance to sales professionals and help coordinate regional events, gaining hands‑on experience in a global technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the sales team.
• Build reports, create accounts, and manage sales cases.
• Prepare tender letters and handle documentation such as policies, bonds, and certifications.
• Coordinate semi‑annual events with Latin America sales teams, working independently or with a mentor.

Required profile

• Active university student graduating in 2028 or later, studying Industrial Engineering, Business Relations, International Trade, Marketing or a related field.
• Availability for a 12‑ to 18‑month internship at the Panama Pacífico (Howard) site.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and intermediate to advanced English.

What we offer

• Bi‑weekly salary of $325.17.
• Office hours 8:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
