Operations & Maintenance Internship – Global Maintenance Team

About the role

Join Tetra Pak as an Operations and Maintenance Intern and support the global maintenance team in Panama. You will work on real‑world projects that improve process efficiency, analyse performance data and contribute to continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the global maintenance team with administrative and technical tasks, including data analysis, report generation and email management.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) using Power BI, Power Automate and Excel, and help automate regular reports.
• Support the verification and management of technical documentation related to customer issues, complaints and preventive maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with multicultural and remote teams, participate in global meetings, present weekly and monthly results, and contribute to problem‑solving initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Food, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Logistics.
• Advanced English communication skills (fluent reading and writing).
• Availability for the internship from 18 January to 13 December 2027, with graduation expected in December 2027 or later.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Power Automate (preferred).
• Experience with Copilot Studio is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in industrial processes and continuous improvement.
