About the role
Join a leading Panamanian bank as a Data Architecture Officer. You will be responsible for designing, managing, analyzing, and updating data rules and standards across the bank's systems, ensuring robust information flows that support strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain data architecture, standards, and governance policies.
- Analyze and improve data flows across multiple banking systems.
- Collaborate with the Data Governance Executive Management to align data architecture with strategic plans.
- Develop and update ETL processes, data models, and reporting mechanisms.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Banking & Finance or a related field.
- Experience in data analysis and handling using SQL, Python, cloud tools, and advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and report generation.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and support decision‑making.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
