Multimedia Content Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Multimedia Content Designer to join our team in Panama City. The role combines graphic design and video editing to produce engaging social‑media assets for a variety of brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design posts, carousels, stories and other digital assets for multiple brands.
• Edit Reels, TikToks and other short‑form video content.
• Adapt concepts, campaigns and brand guidelines to different platforms and formats.
• Develop creative pieces from briefs and direction.
• Select photos, footage and visual resources for content creation.
• Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients, making revisions as needed.
• Prepare final exports and versions for each platform.
• Maintain organized files, projects and assets across brands.
• Collaborate with creative direction and project management to meet content calendars.

Required profile

• Junior‑mid level experience in graphic design and video editing for social media.
• Strong visual eye for composition, typography, color and hierarchy.
• Ability to work with diverse brand identities while preserving each brand’s essence.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Adaptable to different styles, formats and priorities, and open to feedback.
• Interest in branding, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, culture and digital trends.
