Mechanical BIM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical BIM Specialist to join our MEP modeling team. The role focuses on high‑quality Revit modeling of mechanical, HVAC and plumbing trades, supporting projects that range from specific zones to entire buildings.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed Revit models for mechanical, HVAC and plumbing systems at LOD 350 (and higher where required).
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks to resolve conflicts early in the design process.
• Ensure model quality meets client requirements and project standards.
• Study trade‑specific information and adapt modeling approaches autonomously.
• Support constructability reviews and provide shop‑drawing assistance for U.S.‑based projects.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in mechanical/plumbing design, construction, or BIM/VDC environments.
• Strong understanding of HVAC ductwork, hydronic and refrigerant piping, domestic water, sanitary and vent systems.
• Fluent spoken and written English; ability to communicate with native and non‑native speakers.
• Hands‑on experience with Revit for mechanical/plumbing modeling and Navisworks for clash detection.
