Logistics and Supply Chain Intern

About the role

Join Tetra Pak’s 2027 Internship Program in Panama City as a Logistics and Supply Chain Intern. You will support daily logistics operations, gain hands‑on experience with invoicing, compliance, and document management, and collaborate with multiple internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with invoice management and ensure timely delivery of documents across Tetra Pak entities.
• Maintain a reliable workflow for receiving, storing, and distributing documents.
• Perform compliance checks on imports, VAT, and three‑way counterparty transactions.
• Validate account statements on a weekly and bi‑weekly basis.
• Extract and process Swiss import documents on a monthly schedule.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor program in Logistics and Supply Chain, International Relations or a related field.
• Available for the full internship period: 18 January – 14 June 2027.
• Graduation expected July 2027 or later.
• Commitment to work onsite 8 am‑5 pm, Monday‑Friday.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and organized approach.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (part of Microsoft Office).
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Power BI and SAP is a plus.
