Laravel Developer + React – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking an experienced Laravel and React developer to join its rapidly expanding remote team serving clients across the United States and Latin America. You will work on high‑impact projects, delivering modern, high‑quality web applications that meet demanding client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laravel‑based back‑ends (Laravel 8+).
• Build responsive front‑ends using React (or Vue.js/Livewire) and integrate them via Inertia.js.
• Implement RESTful APIs, authentication, and data access with Eloquent ORM and Query Builder.
• Write automated tests using Pest, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, and Playwright.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Continuously improve code quality, performance, and security.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel (version 8 or higher).
• Strong knowledge of Eloquent ORM, Laravel authentication, and query building.
• Hands‑on experience with testing tools such as Pest, PHPUnit, Dusk, and Playwright.
• Proficiency in building front‑ends with React (or Vue.js/Livewire) and using Inertia.js.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks, meet estimates, and align with client goals.
• Detail‑oriented, positive mindset and a can‑do attitude.
