About the role
The Junior Operations Consultant will support the eDiscovery lifecycle, from data intake through to production, while learning and mastering the processes involved. You will work closely with Project Managers and senior team members to ensure accurate tracking, processing, and reporting of data.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with data processing, imports and productions following the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
- Track, coordinate and report on data throughout the eDiscovery workflow.
- Maintain tickets, records and data management logs according to standard operating procedures.
- Troubleshoot discrepancies and work with senior staff to develop custom solutions for exception files.
Required profile
- Junior‑level candidate with strong analytical abilities.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
- Ability to follow guidance and collaborate effectively with team members.
Required skills
- Understanding of eDiscovery processes and the EDRM.
- Basic knowledge of computer forensics and litigation support tools.
