About the role

The Head of Commercial and Admissions will lead the commercial and admissions functions for a network of bilingual private schools in Panama. This senior position oversees marketing campaigns, advertising agencies, the admissions process, re‑enrollment, and achievement of enrollment targets across multiple campuses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual student capture and enrollment plan with campus‑specific targets.
• Manage the commercial budget and forecast enrollment numbers per campus.
• Direct the advertising agency and design team, create creative briefs, approve materials, and ensure messages are results‑driven.
• Set digital advertising spend, monitor cost per lead and lead quality.
• Standardize the admissions process across campuses and train admissions staff.
• Track conversion of contacts to visits and visits to enrollments.
• Lead the annual re‑enrollment campaign and referral program in coordination with school directors.
• Design open houses and community events aimed at prospective families.
• Provide monthly admission performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• Six or more years of commercial experience, at least three years leading sales teams with targets.
• Consultative sales background in education, insurance, banking, real estate or private health.
• Experience managing advertising agencies or creative providers.
• Proven track record of sales growth or measurable results.
• Experience implementing new processes and securing team adoption.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with CRM systems and Excel.
• Availability to work at both campuses and attend weekend events.
