About the role

The organization is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives within the public sector. The role requires a strong background in managing complex projects, stakeholder analysis, and delivering results that meet public‑sector standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze stakeholder needs and expectations.
• Plan, execute, and monitor project delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams during development and deployment phases.
• Negotiate with stakeholders to align project goals.
• Manage project initiation and closure activities.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and documentation.
• Calculate and track project and product metrics.

Required profile

• University degree in Systems Engineering or a related field; master’s degree in project management is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing IT projects in the public sector.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar project‑management roles.
• Fluent English (C1 level).

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management tools.
• Experience applying AI technologies in project management.
• Knowledge of PMBOK‑based project management methodology.
