About the role

OHLA, a global infrastructure group, is seeking an experienced Administrative and Financial Manager to join its Panama team. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative aspects of construction projects, ensuring resources are controlled and procedures are followed.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the administrative and financial management of the project, guaranteeing compliance with company procedures.
• Manage project treasury, forecast billing income and partner contributions, and control cash flow according to project obligations.
• Prepare, review and analyse financial closings and pre‑closings, ensuring accurate accounting and reconciliation.
• Supervise billing and collection processes, monitoring executed and certified work.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Contracting and Management Control areas to reconcile invoices, contracts and cost information.
• Produce and present administrative and financial reports to Project Management for timely decision‑making.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in administrative and financial management of infrastructure or construction projects, preferably consortium‑based.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, treasury, invoicing and financial closing processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Proven experience leading teams.
